Today has not been a good day at all. Matter of fact I have not felt good since Friday afternoon but today is the worst. I feel sick to my stomach and have all day and a major headache has set in. I have pretty much picked up the few symptoms I took great pride in not having.
I don't know if what I am feeling is the detox I read about or if something else is going on. All I want to do is throw up but I am pusing on. I had a couple of eggs, 2 pieces of rye crackers with almond butter. I managed to cook some asparagus and am going to try an broil some fish now. I mainly just wanted to document what is going on.

Day One
The purpose here is to have at least one spot where I enter my meals and track how I feel. I am starting a yeast, dairy, sugar, vinegar free diet. Hardly leaves much else. My goal is do this for a month one day at a time.
I have really been feeling so bad that is starting to effect my everyday life. I just have to do something drastic so this is it. I stumbled across information about a condition called Candida. It is basically a yeast overabundance and has a ton of symptoms. Of which I have most of them. So the answer seems to be in the diet. That is what I know from what I read but I have started the research. That in itself is a major time consuming ordeal but it is what is. So here we go:
FRIDAY, MARCH 26, 2009
2 cups of green tea
Breakfast:
1/2 cup eggbeaters
1 Tomato
2 cups coffee w/splenda
Snack:
None
Mid-Day
Fiber One Chicken Breast
Salad-Broccoli, Cauliflower, Celey, Tomato, sprinkled with flax seed, sunflower seed and pumkin seed, 2 Tbl. Olive Oil
Evening:
3 Eggs
4 Turkey Bacon Slices
2 Rye Crackers with Almond Butter
I have a constant ache in the gut - right under the boobs. Was there since lunch time.
